• Creating purchasing guidelines for sustainable procurement of current and future energy sources for company sites (offices, roasteries, warehouses, stores) and logistics
• Training procurement staff on tendering and evaluating sustainable energy sourcing.

CSRD / ESRS sustainability reporting; training employees and managers

• Developing and publishing sustainability reports under CSRD / ESRS on climate, pollution, circular economy, own workforce, workers in the value chain, consumers and governance
• Supporting the external audit of the sustainability report by the auditing firm
• Calculating the corporate carbon footprint (greenhouse gas inventory)
• Managing the data collection of ESG metrics for a total of 10 subsidiaries

Data collection for greenhouse gas accounting and reporting, supply chain decarbonization, external corporate communications / marketing

• Development of processes for data collection and methodologies for calculation and analysis of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions
• Development and implementation of a 5-year strategy for decarbonizing sea and air freight, road and rail transport, and warehousing in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and India.
• Support in the design and execution of external B2B marketing campaigns in the form of social media advertising, trade fair and event communications, and as part of major events like COP 28 (United Nations Climate Change Conference).

DNK / GRI sustainability reporting; ESG strategy, greenhouse gas accounting, training employees and managers, sales strategy for sustainable products and services, external representation
