Summary
I help companies with the concrete implementation of AI-driven workflows and automation – where ideas need to become working systems. My focus is not on concept papers, but on technical implementation, clean integration into existing IT landscapes, and pragmatic rollout into daily work. The time commitment is intentionally limited (about 10 hours per week), but clearly structured and results-oriented.
Many organizations already have good AI and automation approaches. What is often missing is someone who:
- accurately maps processes technically,
- reliably integrates existing systems,
- delivers maintainable and transparent solutions,
- and keeps the real workday of those involved in mind. That's where I step in.
I work on a project basis with clear boundaries. Typical process:
- Shared understanding of the process What really needs to improve? Where are time losses or errors happening today?
- Technical implementation within a manageable scope A clearly defined solution integrated into the existing system landscape.
- Real-world testing Does it work reliably? Is it understandable and usable for those involved?
- Handover and documentation So the solution doesn't depend on me. It's important to me that the results are transparent – both technically and organizationally.
Conditions:
- Fixed, limited time commitment
- No permanent on-call duty
- Clear task boundaries
- Clear separation of data, code, and intellectual property
- Transparent handling of possible conflicts of interest I believe it's important that our collaboration remains clear and reliable for both sides.
For whom this is useful:
- Companies or service providers who want to implement, not just discuss
- Teams that need extra technical implementation support on a case-by-case basis
- Organizations that value clean structures and sustainable solutions Less suitable is when unlimited availability or very open roles are expected.
A clearly defined project or a joint pilot is usually the most sensible start. After that, we can decide if and how further cooperation makes sense.
