Due to my experience in technology, HR, Workforce Planning and Operational deployment, I was asked to undertake this role with a view to design and implement the technology and transform the service post implementation for effective customer service and reduced cost.
Reporting to the COO, led an Information System implementation and transformational change utilising a 30-member IT and program management team and £8 million budget.
Reporting to the COO led the HR & OD department of 230 HR professionals to achieve key milestones for external audit and delivery of national initiatives such as Police Officer Uplift.
The role was to lead and strategically advise on the workforce plan for the force of over 5,500 employees for a 5 year plan to ensure growth, improved talent through promotion, talent development of experience in various operational deployments, certifications and training of new officers and employees.
Achievements included:
Reporting to the Director of HR & OD, led the Occupational Health & Wellbeing, Employee Relations and Central Advice team of 40 HR Professionals, responsible for £4 million budget.
Held various roles both national and regional during my service reporting to the Head of HR and MD for the area.
HR Business Partnering role supporting the operational delivery and maintenance departments as well as supporting functions such as It and Marketing.
