Project Scope: The project involved the preparation, execution, and deployment of various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across Amazon’s network, including new packaging design and material innovations. As Project Manager, test scopes, timelines, and go-live priorities for new and retrofitted systems were established.

Project included the ASRS retrofit, focusing on IT errors and the expansion of the system. It also involved an in-depth analysis of the root causes of inefficiencies in the picking system and its warehouse connections. Additionally, the project included the creation of a new picking area and the coordination of the ramp-up and ramp-down of the older warehouse.
