- Supported UAE, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iraq payroll, OM, PA and EC to SAP replication.
- Resolved P1/P2 payroll run issues and posting errors; implemented SAP Notes.
- Handled change requests and wrote custom PCRs for OT requirements.
- Developed custom FAB report and PE51 form for Arabic payslip.
- Configured SF to SAP integration and resolved replication errors; created SF position relationships.
Project 4 (Feb 2019 – Feb 2020)
- Implemented SuccessFactors Compensation for Sigma Systems, SBD.
- Conducted workshops and created workbooks for Compensation Management.
- Provided business guidance for process adoption and configured the SuccessFactors Compensation module.

Project 3 (Feb 2018 – Feb 2019)
- Provided SAP HCM payroll and time management support for National Gas Company (Trinidad & Tobago), Stanley Black & Decker (USA), Eagle Hills (Jordan).
- Handled international payroll including PAYE tax calculations on 1 million records, monthly and daily payroll run support.
- Enhanced TD1 allowance infotype, off-cycle configurations, EITD and TD4 reports; developed custom payslip and reports.
- Created business unit test documents and resolved production payroll issues; worked on schemas and PCRs.
Project 2 (Sept 2016 – Feb 2018)
- Supported PA, Time Management, HR authorizations, Travel & Expenses, US and China payroll for Deere & Company.
- Performed issue analysis, configuration changes, testing, documentation and SLA adherence in production support.
- Documented SAP security policies; provided user authorization support using SU53 and SUIM.
- Configured travel activities, expense types, travel schema and resolved posting issues.
- Enhanced ZPDKON report; mapped wage types to symbolic accounts; resolved US payroll posting issues.
- Updated China payroll configurations for social insurance, housing fund, monthly support, year-end activities, city rate updates.
- Created PCRs for unpaid leave and sick leave calculations; tested support packs; enhanced China payslip and reports.
Project 1 (July 2015 – Aug 2016)
- Implemented USA payroll and time management modules.
- Configured payroll area, period parameters, control record, pay scale structure, features (ABKRS, TARIF, LGMST) and wage types.
- Set up absence valuation, STD, FMLA, quota compensation and off-cycle payments (IT0267).
- Defined tax authorities, tax types, tax models, processing, evaluation and cumulation classes; configured garnishments.
- Defined posting to financial accounting: employee grouping, symbolic accounts, wage type posting attributes.
- Configured time management: work schedules, absence types/quotas, time evaluation schema RPTIME00, PCRs and public holidays.
- Configured break schedules, daily/periodic work schedules, PSA grouping; generated absence quotas and configured various leave types.
- Maintained tables T555A/T555Y; configured substitutions and maternity leave; developed SAP-Smart Card interface.
