Preparing annual financial statements under HGB/IFRS and according to regulations for Austria, Switzerland, Spain and the UK. Implementing SAP S/4 HANA under IFRS and HGB.
• Controlling: Over 15 years of experience in budgeting, liquidity planning and control, and project controlling. Analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly figures to management. Advising on variances.
• Human Resources: About five years of experience building and leading an HR department, setting up and implementing a second management level, and related personnel development measures.
• Projects: Realigning and restructuring a finance department, implementing ERP and CRM systems. Setting up departments and cost centers. Introducing compensation, career and bonus systems. Implementing leadership modules as well as MAG and seminar catalogs. Optimizing processes by developing and introducing quality standards. Executing company mergers. Starting new companies in Spain, the UK and Russia.
• Other: Advising the management board on process optimization, company formations (including abroad) and personnel development measures, as well as investment decisions. Leading workshops on conflicts and change processes.
