I was brought to NFQ to transform the individual entities (Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Thailand and Vietnam - 1000 employees), which until then functioned independently of each other, into a global group with international structures.
This project has been overturned by a shareholder resolution shortly before implementation also due to current global Covid restrictions.
