Strategic Architect | M&A Due Diligence, AI Integration & Venture Scaling

I support companies as a consultant for strategic scaling, AI integration and tech architecture. At the same time, as CEO I am building the deep-tech venture Nlevel (€38M funding target, Patent WO2022223494A1).

Nlevel is my current investment project, through which I gain valuable daily insights into scaling complex technologies. I bring this hands-on "builder experience" and my know-how from positions at VW, Siemens and Comcast directly into your projects.

I apply this experience directly in your M&A practice: I can immediately tell if a target company is set up in a future-proof, modular way or if we would be buying expensive, proprietary legacy IT.

My focus areas:

IT Due Diligence & M&A: analysis of technical debt, architecture evaluation and management of post-merger integration (PMI).
AI & Automation: implementation of AI solutions (Azure/OpenAI) under strict governance & compliance rules.
