Change Manager

Currently, I am shaping a transformation and digitization project in direct collaboration with Microsoft, and I am also involved in a project at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). This work is very fulfilling and represents a new high point in my career. My interest in a new challenge is strategic and tied to significant personal growth, so I choose my next step carefully.

My experience with agile scaling frameworks like SAFe, which I used at VW, highlights my methodological skills. But my greatest strength is the ability to see the bigger picture and precisely identify the key areas to act on. This strategic approach is the foundation of my success, whether as an IT lead or as a business analyst.

After many years of supporting global change processes alongside experienced IT leaders, I now want to inspire a team myself and show what potential we can unlock together.

To me, the roles of business analyst, consultant, and IT lead are not separate disciplines but the logical steps in the development of excellent leadership.

My leadership approach is based on the belief that great results come from teams where each individual can use their strengths at their best. I have a deep understanding of the different profiles of IT professionals and know how to create the conditions where they are satisfied and highly productive.

My ability to analyze holistically lets me look beyond IT and integrate different business perspectives. This interface and transformation skill, combined with a broad technological overview, is crucial for success today.

My past successes in complex projects are measurable and show that my approach of combining strategic foresight with operational excellence leads to significant improvements. Partners and colleagues value my ability to balance visionary initiatives with practical needs and to take the lead in critical situations to guide projects safely to their goals.
