Implementation challenges often stemmed from odd or illogical laws and regulations and expert decisions addressing historical problems.
As deputy Product Owner supported PO with team tasks, backlog maintenance and prioritization, planning facilitation, and sprint reporting.
Due to the PO’s accident, took on all PO responsibilities from October 2020 to August 2021.
After the PO’s return, internal tasks remained with me.

The new archive (GDA) is based on IBM FileNet.
Key challenges included limited DAS knowledge among tax staff, mismatched metadata between DAS and GDA, missing interface documentation, and migrating vast data volumes while maintaining daily operations.
Deployed functioning migration software on the DAS side and a broker for converting production and migration flows into production.
Significant delays in the new GDA system halted the migration.
Role: Business Analyst Apr 2019 - Dec 2021
