Senior Project Manager with many years of experience in areas such as rollout management and realization control, transition and transformation management in the IT and telecommunications environment, incident management, IT change management, order management, building new network structures or call centers, as well as creating tenders and operational concepts, operation manuals, and defining processes in various industries (including telecommunications and banking, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, finance) and in multicultural project environments.

Deep knowledge in the telecommunications environment (MPLS networks, fiber optics, All-IP, ISDN, SHDSL, ADSL, VDSL, FTTH, leased lines, FTTx). Plan-build-run up to risk, claim, and change management.

His strong analytical skills and broad technical know-how allow him, even under high schedule pressure, to keep a clear head and deliver on time.
