CMJ Forward is a boutique consultancy specializing in Lean-Agile Consulting, Coaching and Training. As Enterprise Agile Coach in a strategy consulting team, established new organizational form for better cross-functional collaboration in a scaled agile environment with 21 teams. Subsequently worked as Project Manager and Product Owner Coach in an agile restructuring project with nine teams. The project concluded with introduction and establishment of OKRs as management framework.

As external lecturer for Computer Science program, taught courses in Algorithms and Datastructures, System Analysis and Design, Project Management Case Study in both English and German.

During assignment worked as trainer and consultant for Competence Center in its build-up phase. Tasks included team building and coaching, onboarding new employees, and designing and conducting trainings. Additionally served as expert for accounting systems handling risk management for potential issues during financial crisis.

As Inhouse Consultant of IT project organization in merchandise management systems area, served as contact for Lidl Germany's administration systems (e.g. invoice verification, monthly closing, annual closing, reporting). Similar to a Product Owner, was responsible for HQ-deployed modules of custom-developed ERP system.
