  • Pernod Ricard (France) – Finance Transformation & Change Management. Local deployment lead to implement new rolling forecast system to APAC markets within 6 weeks, including change management plan and train-the-trainer session. Key responsibilities include leading weekly functional meetings, supporting steercos, analysis of financial data, and create and facilitate training sessions for change activities.

  • Mastercard Data & Services (APAC) – Organization Change Management. Project lead in Regional Implementation Office (RIO) with direct report to AP Executive VP and Global Implementation Office to design, implement and integrate new organization target operating model to enable Mastercard's frontline sales to be more segment focused. Key responsibilities include overseeing and improving the APAC regional workflow tool, process, and change activities, with a focus on enhancing employee satisfaction and maintaining global consistency. This includes designing and executing of Go-Live plan, communication & training plans and KPIs, and management of steerco meetings.

  • Partnership Strategy & Acquisition – Designed keynote decks and value proposition to identify, valuate and acquire key ecosystem partners, including banks, accounting SaaS, logistics partners, POS providers, etc. Designed implementation roadmap and managed external stakeholder requirements to ensure on-time roll out of planned integration and joint-programs.
  • Product Strategy & UIUX – Designed eGIRO product journey and enterprise clients and banking-as-a-service model. Identified key gaps of current procurement and card products against competitor and market analysis, redesigned product UIUX and planned product roadmap. Aligned with internal stakeholders, including IT and management team to ensure on-time roll out of product versions via Agile methodology. Worked with tech team and vendors by translating business requirements to technical requirements – providing process maps (BPMN 2.0) and alignment of APIs. Train and set up product team.
  • Operations – Implementation and customization of end-to-end CRM solution from marketing modules to sales and invoicing. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with vendors to ensure effective usage of CRM with little downtime.
  • Sales & Business Development – Reformed sales team, identify key gaps and market standard/ channels for B2B sales. Managed SG and MY sales teams to ensure meeting of KPIs with lead and guidance on large change management with sprint implementation.

  • Partnerships & Commercialization – Led design of GTM strategy, market outreach, understanding cross-stream dependencies and partner implementation. Negotiated commercials and signed deals with key partners. Designed B2B digital trade journeys and use cases for 13 key marketplace partners, from timeline/ roadmap design to implementation management to day 1 roll out via agile and hybrid methodologies. Managed key stakeholders including governments, investors, partners and clients via weekly standups, daily scrums or analysis reports.
  • Product Management – Led business requirement and design for core trade product, APIs, AI logic requirements and UIUX design. Key functional lead working with Engineering team for product development and enhancement.

  • Financial Services Transformation – Team lead for multiple customer experience and operation transformation projects focusing strategic design, project management and implementation for WM/ IB/ Commercial banks

Notable project:

  • A billion-dollar digitalization and process improvement project for a leading Swiss Wealth Management Bank. The objective was to consolidate all WM products, services, and capabilities onto a single platform, providing a unified access point for end clients. Prior to the project's Go Live phase, I served as a PMO in Singapore, supporting steering committee and functional lead meetings. Subsequently, I transitioned to a role as a business analyst within the Client Onboarding and Finance teams. After the Go Live, I continued to contribute as a PMO, Business Analyst, and Testing team member for the Investment Banking and Investment Trading (IBIT) function in Hong Kong, covering all WM products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and more. This involved comprehensive testing of cross-functional and multi-system flows, including options, futures, and structured products.

Other financial services projects include:

  • Business analyst for a Client Lifecycle Management digital strategy design project for CIB and CCB departments for a Global bank, and lead PMO (traditional/ waterfall) for a risk management project with a Global bank to document and analyze key operational risk and mitigation strategy.

  • Finance Transformation - Team lead and client relationship lead for multiple finance transformation and digitalization projects for governments, quasi-governments and MNCs.

Notable projects include Business Analyst Team Lead & Client Lead for multi-million project with a leading Real Estate firm (agile/ sprints), where the team helped to implement PeopleSoft upgrade for APAC from testing to migration to go-live BAU handoff, and PMO for gap analysis and design of digitalization journey and identification of new systems to improve processes for finance department for a large local engineering firm (traditional/ waterfall).
