Agency Manager / Specialist Planner

With 23 years traveling through every part of the pro audio business and around the world: an old-school sound engineer = a true believer; with a passion for diving deep into the audio-technical world and a clear playful streak.

As a technical site manager and/or operator, I ran a mid-sized, owner-operated one-person business for 23 years. In my project-based roles, I tried to use my project budgets to implement assigned tasks as innovatively as possible, making practical and cost-effective use of all support from my team. I'm used to strategically steering an innovative project. I initiate and carry out the steps needed and like the mix of delegating and still being able to follow along myself. Currently, I'm learning a new area for me: "technical drawing/specialized planner CAD" to cover that field as well. My key tasks include identifying and implementing optimization and cost-saving potentials. I'm also responsible for efficiently developing processes and ensuring quality control and delivery reliability, so my colleagues and team have the same opportunities. I'm always striving to find the optimal compromise between technically feasible innovations, customer wishes and economic needs. I would gladly apply my expertise as a Pro Audio Member in your projects and strengthen your team.
