Provided SAP consulting services for SAP currency change in all legal entities belonging to the company group. This included:

• Acting as Project Manager & FICO Consultant for an SAP Multi-currency Account Project (October 2015 – March 2016).
• Preparing the project plan, Impact Analysis, functional design, and implementation of Multi Currency Accounting and currency changeover in the SAP system for all company subsidiaries (around 106 companies worldwide).

Provided consulting services for SAP Financial and Controlling, ICT and e-government consulting services, assisted companies to find right solutions, and prepared/performed users’ trainings. Key client engagements included:

• Client: Cargill Food & Bio – US (November 2022 – November 2024). Project: SAP global S/4 HANA Transformation.
• Served as Sr. Solution Integration Analyst and Solution Lead for SAP S/4 HANA transformation project (SAP ECC to S/4 Hana).
• Conducted investigation, preparation, planning, and workshops.
• Handled Customer/vendor integration into business partner.
• Supported current SAP of Cargill Food & Bio for Finance in areas such as Treasury, Tax, Asset Accounting, General ledger, and integration.
• Client: Janssen Pharmaceutical – Belgium (August 2020 – November 2022). Project: SAP global S/4 HANA Central finance.
• Acted as SAP Business Analyst (financials) for Pharma EMEA sourcing and manufacturing companies in a global S/4 HANA Central Finance project.
• Focused on Finance and integration with AR/AR, Project System, and Asset Accounting.
• Client: UNDP – Macedonia (September 2011 – February 2012). Project: Enhancing effectiveness of the integrity system.
• Analysed existing SW solutions for enhancing effectiveness of the integrity system in the Macedonian public administration.
• Client: ZELS, Macedonia (February 2010 – June 2010). Project: Design of ITC solution for E-services.
• Analysed business requirements and prepared a business case for e-services based on web hosting private cloud for all municipalities of Republic of Macedonia with CAPEX and OPEX projection.
• Prepared high-level design of ICT solution and delivered presentations for main key stakeholders.

Planned and regulated the billing process, bill production, and collection. Acted as Finance manager for implementations of new product developments. Specific project (August 2005 – May 2008):

• Managed Revenue Assurance project (I, II and III phase) as Project Manager & expert.
• Focused on data quality and process upgrading to improve profits, revenues, and cash flows in SAP, Network systems, and Geneva billing system.

Planned and organized team activities, provided SAP FICO support, managed SAP change management, and planned/controlled all IT operational costs for the company. Specific project responsibilities (February 2002 – January 2005) included:

• SAP greenfield implementation: Finance Accounting, Controlling, Material Management and Asset Accounting.
• Acted as Master Data Manager.
• Implemented ITIL processes for SAP (release, incident, problem and change management, service delivering, SLA, KPIs, etc.).
