Planning and coordinating international rollouts of payment software and hardware at POS, including improving internal collaboration.
The payment service provider is a subsidiary of an international food retailer that developed its own payment solution. Due to upcoming client projects, an interim rollout manager was needed to plan and manage the rollout projects. These were rollouts of (card) terminals and terminal software in the DACH region and Slovakia. Clients included well-known large companies in food retail and jewelry. The goal was on-time, quality rollout of software and hardware through the setup of processes and project management frameworks, plus active project and risk management.

Project & Process Manager / Business Analyst – “Digitalizing Sales Processes”
Main goal was to let the sales team focus more on revenue-generating tasks. A subjective assessment of daily time distribution by task importance was done at operational and management levels to define a target state. We achieved it through detailed process planning, partial automations via MS PowerAutomate, and restructuring/delegating tasks.
Project & Process Manager / Business Analyst – “Digitalizing HR Processes”
Overall goal was to attract qualified candidates for various roles, especially consulting and sales. We measured success by application numbers, quality, and long-term placement rates. We achieved these through process creation and optimization in recruiting, selection, and onboarding/offboarding with partial automations via Microsoft solutions.

Project & Account Manager – “Introducing New IT/Software Trainings in Partnership with HCL Technologies”
Goal was to jointly increase revenue through a training partnership. We needed shared sales channels and high utilization of training rooms and trainers. We created a dedicated website, annual plan, and booking processes for trainings and rooms.

Project Manager – “Introduction of BMW Motorrad Premium Selection”
BMW pushed nationwide purchase and sale of company motorcycles through dealers to boost used motorcycle sales. Focus was on quality and quantity of used bikes. All involved were trained on the process and executed it independently at each branch. That included smooth procurement through the parent company and online and in-person presentation.
Planning and implementing new sales measures (opening B2B segment for motorcycle division)
Goal was to open a new market segment and increase sales and revenue. We launched a cold call campaign.
