  • Analyzed single-cell datasets from mdx and D2mdx inflammatory mice models to identify macrophage subsets with distinct surface markers in fibrotic conditions, confirmed in vivo by flow cytometry.
  • Identified spatial distribution differences of macrophage subsets in fibrotic regions of severely affected D2mdx mice by immunocytochemistry.
  • Performed cell culture experiments (immunofluorescence and fluorescent imaging) coculturing muscle stem cells and NIH3T3 cells with macrophages activated by protein extracts derived from D2mdx, mdx, and regenerating muscle to assess impact on regeneration and fibrosis.
  • Conducted siRNA-mediated knockdown experiments on bone marrow–derived macrophages to identify the role of a transcription factor in inflammation resolution during muscle regeneration.
  • Maintained up-to-date wet lab experimental records and details, generated Prism files with 100% accuracy on the Labguru digital laboratory management platform.
  • Performed bioinformatics analysis of sequenced data using the Python package Scanpy in Jupyter Notebook on a Linux operating system.
