Summary
I am currently supporting my client EnBW as a Senior Scrum Master/PO coach. This extensive project is the fourth I have had the chance to join as a freelancer. I am seen as an energetic personality who acts quickly and solution-oriented to leave a positive impression with my clients. I have deep knowledge in the agile environment, as SCRUM and ASPICE have been part of my work for more than 7 years. SAFe has also been a big topic in my work. Overall, I bring over 10 years of IT industry experience. I am happy to be working in the energy sector. I also find, to my surprise, that there are many parallels with software development in the automotive industry.
