I have an eye for waste and love making sure things run smoothly. I look at the interaction of processes, systems, control mechanisms (KPIs), and so on.

If you want a term for it, 'systemic approach' probably describes it best.

A pragmatic approach is important to me, one that starts with the customer or the goal - instead of theoretical concepts on paper, we see results continuously by moving toward the goal in small steps.

Because of my recent roles, my focus areas are operations and e-mobility - but my way of working is independent of this.
