This involves 4 pharmacies in the Munich metropolitan area with a total of 60 employees, run by a single owner.

Initial state: Sales declining for 4 years and profit slump in 2023; online sales activities limited to an outdated web shop without interfaces; Amazon account suspended (due to lack of knowledge); partly rigid, change-resistant staff structure.

Services provided:

• Analysis of the reasons for the Amazon account suspension and handling; as a result, the Amazon account was reactivated.
• Creation of a concept for digitalizing online sales activities including processing.
• Recommendations for listing various products on Amazon, leading to increased sales.
• Application for a license to sell prescription drugs on eBay, setting up own-brand products on eBay, recommendations for mass listing of additional products on eBay, resulting in sales growth.
• Introduction of the standard software "Afterbuy" for automated processing of sales on Amazon and eBay, saving time in shipping so existing staff could handle the extra orders, without extra personnel costs and with increased profit.
