Mr. Johannes Stahl, born 28.05.1986 in Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab, living at Köflmühlstraße 26, 92648 Vohenstrauß, was employed from 01.04.2016 to 30.04.2019 in our company as a team member of the Digital Print department, responsible for the mechanical development of the new digital printing system. At the start of development, he contributed his in-depth knowledge of printing machine structure as well as process-related aspects of web transport. In this role as mechanical engineer, he was responsible for the subprojects web pretreatment and supply technology. He also led the planning for installing the prototype system in the plant, which required modifications, foundation work, and adjustments to the hall perimeter to ensure the assembly.
In September 2017, Mr. Stahl took over the team leadership of our Digital Print development group with 14 employees. His tasks included assigning tasks and projects, resource planning, and coordinating between departments and with suppliers. By introducing weekly status meetings, he was able to track project progress within the team and define further actions.
From August 2018, Mr. Stahl was appointed overall project manager for the steadily growing development project. He began implementing the Quality Gate process to successfully guide product development from prototype to series-ready machine. This was based on a newly structured project framework and a quality management system to assess the required product maturity.

As a mechanical engineer, he was responsible for the development and design implementation of new products and customer-specific solutions up to series production. From November 2015, he was team leader of the Heidelberg ICS product line. His responsibilities included:
Mr. Stahl has extensive and versatile expertise, which he applied confidently and purposefully in practice. With his quick grasp of issues, he found effective solutions that benefited us. His conceptual, creative, and logical thinking were outstanding, leading to excellent solutions for all challenges. Mr. Stahl performed his tasks with great commitment and personal dedication throughout his time with us. He was always a dependable employee, and his work quality remained high even under changing requirements. His approach was always well planned, very efficient, and results-oriented. He stood out for his reliability and found highly effective solutions even for difficult problems, achieving very good results. During his time with us, he made a decisive contribution to the success of the Heidelberg ICS product line. Notably, he consistently implemented improvements and adapted the Heidelberg ICS line to an 850 mm working width. Even under difficult conditions and tight deadlines, all improvement measures were executed consistently and successfully.
