  • Managed all central and regional operations teams across key functional streams (sales, marketing, business intelligence, supply chain, logistics, finance and HR). Grew team from 25 FTE to 200 FTE in 3 years.
  • Launched operations in 7 markets (Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East), grew business from EUR2.5m to EUR35m annual GMV. Exited several markets to Peckwater Brands at end 2022, personally brokering the sale process.

  • Joined pre-revenue at seed stage. Built the sales and operations functions from conception phase through implementation. Grew team to 50 FTE (+200 sub-contractors) while consistently surpassing revenue and cost targets.
  • Designed and built Hometree's first pricing algorithm for selling heating systems online. Worked with Tech to digitise pricing engine, and ultimately responsible for CM1 (gross margin) and CM2 (sales and ops variable costs) P/L targets.
  • Organised the entire sales cycle on the company's CRM tool (Salesforce). Responsible for reducing process friction and ensuring efficient coordination among the sales, technical surveying and operations teams in delivering a world-class customer service (averaging 70 NPS).
