Femtasy is an audio streaming platform for female-centric audio erotica focusing on the German & French market. In my split role between user research and product owner, I find the sweet spot between user satisfaction & business opportunities. I work closely with our hybrid design, content & marketing teams to bring user insights into action and manage the roadmap for our remote, in-house development team.

ERGO Digital Ventures – Onboarding Concept (2021) Planned & conducted multiple usability & content tests for a virtual reality learning experience for sales representatives. Result: Definition of key improvement areas for the content & conception of a user-friendly onboarding experience.
Charité – Product Concept (2021) I conceptualized, planned & conducted usability tests with adolescents for a tool that helps to diagnose computer gaming and internet addiction. Evaluated and presented results to clients in an effort to ensure the continuous usage of the product. Result: Usability improvements & roadmap adaptations.
Mobil Krankenkasse – Website Redesign (2020) Prepared and executed multiple research studies including card sorting and design preference tests, evaluated the prioritization of tasks for my team and organized and moderated customer workshops in an effort to optimize the user experience while keeping technical changes at a minimum. Result: Decreased User-Error-Rate for the main information flows from 51% to 25%. Improved perception of the visual design from 2.8 to a new 1.9 (school grades).
SIEMENS AG - Product Concept (2020) Drafted market research questions in an effort to create a first product concept for transparent supply chains in regards to the PCF. Identified, interviewed, and maintained relations to key stakeholders. Prioritized features and coordinated concept. Result: Prototype of main features.
AUDI Denkwerkstatt - Concept Test (2020) Conceptualized a strategy to test the market acceptance as well as the willingness to pay for a new product idea. Set-up monitored & evaluated social-media-campaigns. Result: Conversion-Rate for booking the product 9%, conversion rate for newsletter sign-up 1,3%.
ADWEKO - Innovation Bootcamp (2018) Conceptualized, coordinated, and co-moderated a 5 Day Design Sprint. Result: Developed a new product idea and created a first click-dummy.
Implemented the company's strategy and communication including benchmarking, drafting of PR- & blog posts, developing video concepts, managing website development, and coordinating social media content.
