Helped mature an existing project, covering web and mobile. Scale up team. Vitelle were having issues managing their dev team and behind schedule. I was able to introduce Agile methodologies and tools and sped up production. I also assisted with SOC2 and HIPPA compliance, architecture and product.
Build and launch of React Native Mobile App, for AI startup MVP. Using React Native, Expo, GraphQL, Apollo, AWS Services, Amplify, GitHub Actions.
Worked solo on building out the Mobile App for Brand Ninja's AI. As a startup, the timeframes were tight, but I managed to get a full working Social Media app built and deployed onto the App Store and Google Play stores in 8 weeks.
Working with NAB teams to create a complex signup form. Built with React, Apollo, GraphQL, AWS and using a BFF.
Worked with a number of NAB teams to build a new complex signup form, for their Easy Tap application. Remaining Agile while working with a number of teams was challenging, but rewarding as we were able to put the best processes in place. Learned GraphQL, the BFF Pattern and Apollo.
In charge of UI and UX design across multiple projects. Javascript, HTML, Sitecore and CSS. Work on Wireframes. Ran audit for accessibility.
Worked between the Design Team and the backend Devs to bring the Front End of multiple (internal) apps up to speed. I integrated the exisiting Coles Design System into Oracle Apex and designed & built new components, where needed. The code was mostly done using HTML, CSS & Javascript. Some Python and SQL also used. I also helped build out UI components for their Sitecore CMS.
I also created wireframes for new workflows, built out a UX Guidelines to cover all projects and ran workshops to train developers in Front End coding.
Google Maps based navigation website. React app using a Storybook library of components. Worked closely with the Design team to create components, UX and animations. Challenges included detailed integration of several map APIs, including Google Maps, Esri and Mapbox and laying the What3Words grid and pin over them. The site and components were made to be responsive on all devices.
React Native and Redux front end. NodeJS, Firebase and Amazon backend. A small team and a heavily product focused role for all involved. We are all crunching data and taking our features where the customer wants to go! Challenges overcome have included learning mobile app development and getting from launch to 6,500 members in 4 months.
