• Raised 100k EUR in angel investments for product development and for building team
• Led Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Marketing, Operations, Fundraising for the company and product
• Led product discovery and product development of the MVP with our pilot customer (Berlin FinTech with 200+ FTEs)
• Responsible for all external stakeholder engagements (customers, partnerships, advisors, investors)

• Owned Customer Onboarding (Sign-up and KYC) segment and OKRs: KYC conversion, MAU growth, CAC reduction
• Responsible for 2-reportees include development plans, project planning, scope reviews
• Led org-level initiatives and product launches with key stakeholders incl. C-Level, Product, Compliance, Legal, Growth, Customer Operations, External Partners - Projects incl. International Expansion, BaFin compliance requirements, new internal tools onboarding, US market growth
• Led Sign-up and KYC project management for international expansion into France— incl. working with French regulators, RFP for new KYC partner, business case & budget planning, and operational launch readiness
• Vendor Management – Key counterpart for N26's identity verification partners (€10m+ in annual contract value); leading monthly forecasting, contract negotiations; collaboration on regulatory changes, joint feature launches, and RFQ's for new partnerships (led 2 RFPs and 2 RFI's)
• Interim Product Manager — Supported team of 12 (10 Engineers, 1 Designer, 1 User Researcher); led product discovery and roadmap delivery for Sign-up and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) initiatives
