Due to my resignation at Bits&Pretzels, I was asked by the management if I would continue to be available as a consultant for the partnerships and sales department where I have since continued to take care of some large corporate customers and advise the sales team and management. As more companies requested consulting, my partner and I decided to set up or own GmbH. Since then, we take over smaller consulting jobs in the Startup as well as Event Management sector for different corporates and event organizers.

I was brought to NFQ to transform the individual entities (Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Thailand and Vietnam - 1000 employees), which until then functioned independently of each other, into a global group with international structures. This project has been overturned by a shareholder resolution shortly before implementation also due to current global Covid restrictions.
