Guenther developed his 20 years of professional career from consulting in various industries and regions in Europe into an in-house consulting position in Telecommunication in Middle East and then moved to Dubai Airports in the role as Head of Corporate Development to lead transformation programmes on people, process, technology changes in the organization. After 5 years in Middle East, he relocated back to Europe, started his own company and consults since 2017 clients on business and technology driven transformation.
