• Involved in merger of M Chemicals Business in Korea on S/4 HANA
• Involved in the setup of a new production plant in Sheboygan US on ECC 6.0
• DA ERP - Transformation of Life science and Electronics Business on two different systems
• Involvement in setting up the template on S/4 HANA RISE
• Support Data Migration
• Preparation of Test scripts, support Testing and Assessment of the solution
• Handling Cutover and Hyper care activities
• Setting up of a new plant in Hamburg in Life Sciences SAP 4.6C

Client: Ratio pharm, Ulm (A Teva Pharma Company) (Duration: July 2021 – June 2022) Roles and Responsibilities: MM Consultant

• Implementation of new interface for Purchase Order processing for Portugal between SAP and TEVAMAP application
• Enhancement of new interface for Order confirmation and Purchase Order Delivery schedule between SAP and LIPO applications
• Involved in the Ariba Rollout for European countries Nordics, Austria and Switzerland
• Integration with Ariba applications - enhancement of the interfaces related to Master data like Supplier Master data, GL Accounts, Cost center data, User data as part of the Integration with Ariba Applications
• Analysis, Validation and Assessment of end to end solution, from extraction of master data to creation of Purchase Order in SAP, as part of integration between SAP and Ariba applications
• Involved in the PO Automation process in case of Indirect procurement across different systems and different countries

• Advanced Petrochemical Company (Duration: 6 months) as MM Consultant, Implementation and support
• Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (Duration: 6 months) as MM Consultant, Implementation and support
• Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Duration: 6 months) as MM Consultant, Implementation and support
• Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company (Duration: 4 months) as MM Consultant, Support

• Responsibility of procurement of materials required for expansion of the plants like CELL HOUSE 75 TPD EXPANSION, 100 TPH BOILER and 15 TPD POTASSIUM CARBONATE PLANT INSTALLATION
• Floating of Enquiries to the approved Vendors as per the specifications mentioned in the Indents, raised by the user department
• Entry of Quotations in the system, after the receipt of the same from the Vendors
• Preparation of Quotation Comparison Statement and comparing the quotations received from the Vendors on Technical, Commercial and Delivery terms
• Negotiation with the Vendors on different terms and conditions in order to get the best possible offer
• Finalizing the Vendor for procurement of materials depending upon the comparison made
• Getting approvals from the committee of purchase, before releasing the order through the COMMITTE APPROVAL STATEMENT
• Releasing the Purchase Order to the Vendor finalized as per the accepted terms and conditions
• Follow up with the Vendors for Delivery of Goods, so that the materials are available at works on time
• Issuing Payment Advises to the Accounts Department in favor of the Vendors as per the payment terms of the Purchase Order for releasing the payments
• Coordination with Stores Department and User Department with regards to Quality and performance of the Materials supplied
• Maintenance of the Vendor Master data with all the full details of the Suppliers
• Development of New Vendors through different resources in order to have the multiple options for procurement of Materials
