  • Designed and implemented EU’s largest secondary stow area in a robotics building to increase storage capacity, comprising 2 floors, 80 movable shelving systems and up to 36 associates in challenging, covid-safe area.
  • Led covid-testing campaign with site increasing testing penetration from 50% to 90% of workforce on weekly basis. EMA2 test planning, scheduling, and associate engagement became benchmark for EU wide implementation and UK roll-out of Amazon offered public PCR tests.
  • Built tool to track absence types during probation period by identifying gap in UK policy compliance and testing site-specific tracking across 8 other sites before releasing into UK network-wide technical integration of a new HR tool.
