• Launching inbound as STOW and Inbound SME
• Redesigned and built pallet storage area to increase capacity by over 15% and improve inventory accuracy.
• Tested and implemented new load carts with 33% more capacity which became launch standard for new FCs.
• Led inbound project to upgrade 158 workstations to new automation standard with light activated guidance system and safer access to the work area. Developed and led the upskilling of trainers and technical experts to multiply training across all inbound associates.
