- Interim GM in Madagascar (1,200 FTEs): restored operations during major crisis (plague outbreak + political instability).
- Rebuilt the global commercial organisation (roles, KPIs, CRM), generating above 15% organic growth.
- Drove adoption of AI, BI and new management models, increasing performance and decentralisation.
