BPO/CRM leader with multi-entity P&L governance across 20+ countries. Reporting to the CEO, I led Intelcia’s international expansion and post-M&A transformation, building a unified global organization focused on performance, innovation and scalable growth.

Strategic Growth & Expansion

• Designed and executed expansion strategy, opening 6 new markets and developing delivery centers across EMEA and LatAm.
• Built strategic partnerships and joint ventures in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, to accelerate expansion.
• Launched a Partnership Business Unit, generating €11.5M in revenue within 3 months and expanding delivery capacity without additional CAPEX.

Operational Transformation & Performance

• Designed and deployed a global operating model enabling 10× revenue growth (€60M to €750M) and a tenfold increase in headcount (3,000 to 35,000 FTEs).
• Created and implemented the global P&L steering process, supporting financial visibility and profitability across 20+ entities.
• Oversaw operational due diligence, acquisition readiness, and post-M&A integrations across multiple SME and mid-cap transactions (Indian Ocean, North Africa, Southern Europe, Caribbean)..

Leadership & Change Management

• Interim GM in Madagascar (1,200 FTEs): restored operations during major crisis (plague outbreak + political instability).
• Rebuilt the global commercial organisation (roles, KPIs, CRM), generating above 15% organic growth.
• Drove adoption of AI, BI and new management models, increasing performance and decentralisation.

• Numerous projects in the Telecom, Media and Financial services sectors.
