Summary

I have over 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles in the FMCG, wine & spirits industry. Beyond business management, workforce planning, and both disciplinary and technical leadership, I bring knowledge and skills from primary production to refinement. Logistics, developing marketing strategies, and successful go-to-market execution in both B2B and B2C are not foreign terms to me; I have personally worked on them multiple times and implemented them sustainably. So far, sales have focused mainly on the German market, although I have also worked on export markets in Europe and beyond to a lesser extent. In my last role, I was responsible for 70 employees and led a division of the company with a turnover of just over 10 million euros. With my situational, democratic leadership style, I always build strong teams across all areas, and with my hands-on approach, I develop employees in their specialist fields. I am not a fan of micromanagement, which is why I like diving into many different topics without getting lost in details. I expect professional expertise and solution-oriented approaches from the specialists to make the right decisions for the overall business. My quick grasp of numerical structures, benchmarking, recognizing business-relevant situations and factors, and asking well-timed questions gives me fast insight into company structures and results. Turning visions into strategies using existing or new resources, generating and scaling market opportunities, and helping clearly structured companies grow drives me every day.
