Serving as Construction Area Manager on a large-scale pharmaceutical production facility project for Eli Lilly in Alzey, Germany, with a total investment of €2.3 billion. The facility is intended for the manufacturing of injectable medications such as Mounjaro (Tirzepatid) for diabetes and obesity treatment and is scheduled to begin operations in 2027.

I was responsible for leading the structural and logistical execution of key buildings, including: B06 – Material Transfer,B08 – ASRS / Automated Warehouse & Logistics, B10 – Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance & Warehouse. My duties included managing deep foundation works under varying soil conditions (rammed piles, bored piles, and strip footings), as well as full coordination and execution of precast concrete structural systems, delivery logistics, on-site erection, quality control, and interface planning with adjacent buildings.

• Full technical and organizational responsibility as Construction Area Manager for buildings B-06 / B-08 / B-10, all built using precast concrete systems.
• Supervised the construction and compliance of the fire-rated separation wall (Firewall) in building B-08, ensuring safe and code-compliant installation.
• Led all aspects of precast concrete erection, including delivery schedules, SLOT coordination, temporary staging areas, crane operations, and installation QA/QC.
• Daily management of work permits, including review of Safe Plan of Action (SPA) and Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRA).
• Enforced strict adherence to PPE usage and site-wide HSE protocols.

Civil Engineering Department Organization of execution. Responsible for construction supervision and project management in the trades of interior finishing for production buildings, façade construction, cleanroom technology, high- and low-voltage systems, ventilation, cooling and air conditioning systems, building automation, process automation, process and technical equipment, pipeline construction, and security systems.
