Workstream lead for analysis and optimisation of the solution development process and Release Process for the newly established organizational structure within E.ON Digital Services.
The goal of this project was to analyse and adopt existing processes after the team of Business Owners transitioned the technical responsibility to E.ON Digital Services. One key aspect was the support of the agile development approach within the engineering teams.
A unified workflow for business requirements and clear communication interfaces was established and documented using Atlassian Jira as the project management tool on both the business and engineering sides.
Dashboards based on "Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards" were created to provide an overview of feature releases and their connection to technical releases (component updates).
Newly designed burnup charts and statistics per release improved the transparency of the overall technical progress at the product level.

Adapting Release Management to the requirements of Vorwerk's growing delivery organisation. Transforming the purely technical Release Management tasks into a part of the agile, DevOps delivery organisation.
By adding the requirement of "feature management" into the Release Management role and designing the interfaces, processes and tools, the new, more business focussed "Rollout Management" was defined and maintained. This role builds the bridge between the agile technical teams and the business organisation.
The footprint of the technical Release Management was significantly reduced and the requirements were adapted to modern toolchains and agile, self-responsible DevOps teams.
