Summary
I was most recently, until Nov. 2024, a Senior Project Manager at Berlin Charité and BioCube labs in Berlin-Buch. Before that, I worked as Senior Site Manager in electrical engineering (company Bauer), on energy plants with Stromnetz Hamburg and Enercity, as well as on HKLS projects with R.O.M., and earlier as a self-employed site manager and project manager at Bombardier in Hennigsdorf near Berlin as a facility manager.
I was responsible for the conversion and expansion of 11 transformer stations, including a 30 kV/10 kV substation, and for ensuring the energy supply of office buildings and production halls, following various safety regulations for energy plants, tender and awarding regulations for subcontractors, supervising and completing the work with handover to the operator (ICE and tram production).
Before working as a project manager at Bombardier and as MEP site manager in Hamburg at ADM via Schulz Systemtechnik, I had been a self-employed engineer in building services since 1990, focusing on electrical systems, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, drywall and fitted kitchens.
My range of activities has always covered the entire project process, from communication with authorities, public tenders and energy system planning to coordination of subcontractors (occupational safety, fire protection, trade coordination).
My strengths are in site management for entire projects or focused on MEP and electrical systems. I also handle the commissioning of projects in the energy and industrial sectors and maintain contacts with subcontractors, clients and their employees very successfully and in a sustainable way, thanks to an honest and reliable work and communication style.
Before 1990, I worked in mining as Head of Energy and Electrical Engineering for all electrical systems, the 110 kV/30 kV substation, an in-house Amsdorf power plant and various substations for the briquette factory, bitumen plant, open-cast mine and technical support center for around 3000 employees. This included substations from 110 kV to 30 kV and from 30 kV to 10/6 kV and 3 kV DC (electric locomotives).
