Until Nov.24, I was Senior Project Manager in Berlin at Charité and BioCube labs in Buch near Berlin. Before that, I was Senior Site Manager in Hamburg Bergedorf for clients in electrical engineering (Bauer), energy plants with Stromnetz Hamburg and Enercity, and HVAC with R.O.M. Earlier, I worked as an independent Site Manager and Project Manager at Bombardier in Hennigsdorf near Berlin as Facility Manager. I was responsible for the conversion and expansion of 11 transformer stations including a 30KV/10KV substation, as well as the energy supply for office buildings and production halls, following various energy plant safety regulations, tender and award rules for external contractors, and final inspection and handover to the operator. (ICE and tram production)
Before my role at Bombardier and as HVAC Site Manager in Hamburg at ADM via Schulz Systemtechnik, I worked since 1990 as a freelance engineer in building services, especially electrical systems, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, drywall, and fitted kitchens. My scope always covered the full project process from authority communication, public tenders, energy plant planning to coordinating external contractors (safety, fire protection, trade coordination).
My strengths are site management for overall projects or focused on HVAC and electrical systems. I also handle project commissioning in energy and industry and maintain strong, reliable, and lasting relationships with contractors, clients, and their staff through honest and dependable work and communication.
Before 1990, I worked in mining as Head of Energy and Electrical Engineering for all electrical systems, a 110KV/30KV substation, my own power plant in Amsdorf, and various substations for the briquette and bitumen plants, open-pit mine, and technical support center for about 3000 employees. Substations ranged from 110KV to 30KV, 30KV to 10/6KV, and 3KV DC (electric locomotives).
