Deborah has over 25 years experience of private and public sector work. She has led a number of transformational digitalization programmes from RFP stage through to implementation encompassing financials, procurement, payroll, HR, recruitment, talent, pensions, and reporting. She has widespread experience of operational management including process reengineering and the creation of shared service centres. Having a background in change management she has first-hand knowledge across many aspects within corporate services.
Deborah has extensive programme and project management skills and in her last role she worked with Sinch AB as the Director of HR Transformation focusing on the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, standardizing HR processing, managing the build and deployment of global integrations within the IT infrastructure and decommissioning of numerous HR systems.
Deborah’s expertise lies in the transformation of a clients’ operating model through the procurement, design, set-up, migration, cutover and transition of systems, processes and functions. She has an extensive technical knowledge of IT architecture and has managed projects with budgets up to £50m and resource of over 70 people. Over a 17-year period she has successfully delivered a range of functional improvements to an esteemed client list resulting in savings of circa £40m.
