One of my recent accomplishments includes building AI-powered digital solutions aimed at increasing access to eye care in a health technology start-up. In this role, I grew the team from 3 to 9 FTEs, expanded the offerings from 1 product to 5 products based on the on diverse market needs and opportunities in the commercial and medical sectors and facilitated multiple new market launches. Additionally, I implemented an agile framework to optimise product development. I have led end-to-end product delivery cycles, collaborating with scientific researchers, UX engineers, data scientists and software engineers to identify user needs and develop innovative solutions. Furthermore, I have managed the product roadmap and product development from ideation to product launch. I have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research in various settings.
