Leading the development of health tech innovation activities in the German, Austrian and Swiss region, by designing and managing innovation programs, orchestrating multi-stakeholder collaborations across academia, industry, and public sector, enabling large-scale innovation initiatives and cross-sector transformation programs.

• Engaging relevant public-private stakeholders in the European Innovation ecosystem for relevant business development and R&I activities.
• Developing new initiatives and business opportunities within the European network of relevant stakeholders, including participation in other public and private funding programmes.
• Maintaining a valuable portfolio for the Partnership and the broader community, built and sustained the innovation ecosystem by leveraging regional and international resources.
• Managing a portfolio of high-impact EU innovation projects of €10M+ from evaluation to commercialization.

• Coordinating activities in health innovation in Scandinavia
• Contributing to the Innovation Coordinators team in preparing and developing the yearly call for innovation projects
• Suggesting evaluator experts for health innovation project proposals
• Monitoring projects from Sweden, Denmark and Estonia at the European level
• Securing accomplishment of deliverables and milestones, identifying missing parts and supporting smooth performance
• Acting as main contact for identifying partners in other Co-location Centres
• Performing analysis and developing processes to identify trends and measure impact of projects

• Consulting and participating in project proposals for national and H2020 funds
• Researching big data and analytics for improving reasoning and decision making in medical education
• Developing and directing a course on designing eLearning interventions in healthcare education
• Guest lecturing on emerging technologies for health professions education
• Creating and participating in professional networks and international events
