Design and development of an interface between an ERP application and a D365 app on Dataverse. Evaluating connectors, flows, Power Apps, and gateways to connect the environments. Designing a custom solution based on .NET and XRM.Data.Tooling components. Developing the interface together with the customer's internal developers. Developing PowerShell modules and functions for bidirectional transfer of ERP data (MyFactory) to and from Dynamics CRM / Project Operations.

Consultant and subproject manager (hands-on) for the rollout of an information system for control center and administrative staff. Mainly using Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint from Microsoft 365 to provide an information portal. Implemented a ticker news app, an on-call schedule, route information, and a highly workflow-driven app for operational instructions. Evaluating MS Viva for employee engagement and training (e-learning management).
