Summary

I have built my career through three distinct phases, accumulating diverse life experiences in each.

Phase 1 (1994–2013): The IT Foundation For about 19 years, from 1994 to 2013, I was immersed in the IT Software (S/W) sector. My primary roles encompassed marketing, planning, and sales, with a specific focus on areas such as e-learning, BRMS/RBMS, and X-Internet technologies.

Phase 2 (2013–2024): The Architectural Shift Starting in 2013, I made a significant career pivot away from IT and into the Architectural/Construction field. My work in this phase centered on building renovation and interior design, where I handled key functions like sales, marketing, and process management.

Phase 3 (2024–Present): The AI Transition Currently, I am navigating a third phase that involves dual professional tracks. While managing an interior design company (operating as a small Task Force or TF), I have concurrently been working as an AI Freelancer since November 2024. My responsibilities in the AI domain primarily include Korean Voice Talent, Language Quality Assessment (LQA), Natural Language Processing(NLP), Data Annotation & Collection, Post-Editing, and Localization.

In my past IT career, I played a key role in the sales of the 'GVA' e-learning system, the first of its kind sold in Korea. My primary focus was engaging in sales activities for online content services, targeting major clients such as financial institutions (banks, insurance, and securities firms) and telecommunication network operators. Furthermore, I personally delivered presentations at press briefings for broadcasters and newspapers, as well as at most product demonstrations. I also took the initiative to create and distribute a comprehensive 70-page product manual in book form.

After successfully introducing the e-learning system, my second focus was selling the Rule-Based Management System (RBMS)—marketed as the 'Decision Automation System'—to numerous medium and large companies. During this time, I gained experience with RBMS, a specific model used for representing and applying complex data patterns and features—a crucial function within the broader field of AI. I primarily handled B2C and B2B sales and marketing for the system, targeting sectors—including Korean public institutions, finance, and manufacturing—that required the agility to swiftly implement constantly changing policies into their business processes and needed a hybrid system combining RBMS and Neuron Data.

After that, I focused on sales and marketing activities for X-Internet-based application software. This system provided diverse UIs, enabling easy and convenient access and utilization of databases via the web in a distributed D/B environment. Major clients included top Korean financial institutions such as Hana Bank, Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank, Samsung Life, Hanwha Life, Daishin Securities, Lotte Card, and Nonghyup Capital.

Throughout my IT-related career, I personally experienced the evolution of IT technologies such as e-Learning, RBMS, and X-Internet. Furthermore, by engaging in consultations and discussions with numerous field managers, I was able to identify and analyze their core needs, and subsequently successfully persuade them to adopt the solution that would become the best S/W system to fulfill those needs.

In the interior design and construction field, I recognize that process management for seamless execution and deep on-site work experience are essential for smooth coordination with specialized technicians. As a Site Manager, I played a crucial role in ensuring that construction was completed safely, without any casualties, and strictly adhering to the entire schedule.

My direct construction experience includes prominent public sector projects, such as those for the Sudokwon Landfill Site Management Corporation and the Ahn Jung Geun Memorial Hall, alongside numerous private projects involving buildings under 10 stories and high-end residential interiors.

I prioritize maintaining constant communication with my clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. This continuous dialogue enables me to immediately incorporate their requirements and feedback, ultimately building profound trust in the final delivered result.
