Senior Project Manager

Lead day-to-day operational aspects of oil industry digitalization projects, coordinate meetings, as well as identify and mitigate risks for orchestrating end-to-end project design, development, and delivery.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, liaise with cross-functional teams, engage all relevant stakeholders, ensure technical feasibility, allocate resources, and report progress. Gather and analyse project requirements, control expenditures, analyse variances, and initiate corrective actions. • Manage complex digitalization projects with 20+ team members across Romania, Austria, India and NZ and €1.5M+ budget, using Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Neptun Deep IT Senior Project Manager – in charge of leading all the IT work streams delivering for OMV Petrom’s biggest capital project (Neptun Deep) ($18M+ budget).

• Credit Risk Department – Directed Credit Risk app for DB with over 30 team members and €4.5M+ budget, using Agile and Waterfall delivery methods. Realised 10% programme budget savings through process improvements and efficient project management.
• AFC Department – Scope involved Data Feeds On-boarding management and MiFID II reporting with €16M+ programme budget and 6 team members, using Agile and Waterfall approach. Also served as L2 and L3 Lead with 15 team members across Romania, Germany, India and US.
• Programme / Project Quality Auditor – Successfully led internal quality audit and assessment to determine compliance with organisational and project policies, processes, and procedures. Ensured structured and independent process for essential programme quality management.

Served as IT Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Product Manager to lead major projects with overall budget exceeding €2.5M and 20+ member team by leveraging Waterfall methodology.

Gathered project requirements, synergised business and technical functions, controlled project changes, implemented enhancements, and demonstrated expertise in analysing, optimising, and mapping client’s business flows. Led commercial presentations of Siveco Applications' integrated components. Oversaw implementation, training, and technical assistance.

• Successfully updated two ERP modules and ensured alignment with requisite legislative requirements in close association with the Romanian Ministry of Finance.
• Delivered 20+ projects for major clients, including Romanian Naval Authority, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, National Employment Agency, Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Communications and Informational Society, National Health Insurance Agency, CERONAV, Bucharest City Hall, Teleorman School Inspectorate, Citibank, among many others.
