Duties:

Preparing daily workloads for colleagues & coordinating the daily allocation of work using Kanban methods

Being involved in weekly meetings along with other DevOps leaders

Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which comes from client side

Being a substitute for the Scrum Master in daily meetings

Coordinating a shared team from Shanghai, along with a local team-leader
-
Motivating the team to achieve high standards

Mentoring and training up junior and new staff

Implementing new initiatives

Ensuring that all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly

Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance

Involved in business and technical projects related to client needs, delivering analyses and providing continuously technical support
