• Maintaining and improving the integrated management system for quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), and energy (ISO 50001).
• Responsible for and conducting 12 external certification audits in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 with no non-conformities.
• Developing an annual audit program for internal and external system audits, process audits, supplier audits, and special audits (sustainability audits and monitoring audits for building materials).
• Conducting 3 internal system audits per year (2022–2025) to check compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency, including documentation and follow-up on actions.
• Conducting 25 internal process audits (2022–2025), 3 supplier audits (2022–2023), and 1 sustainability audit and 1 monitoring audit for building materials each (2022–2025).
• Organizing and documenting the integrated management system.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators to meet company, quality, environmental, and energy policies and objectives.
• Creating and reviewing templates for procedures, work instructions, and checklists, as well as approving and publishing all process descriptions.
• Company-wide training on quality, environmental, energy, and occupational safety.
• Developing an organizational chart, process map, responsibility & function matrix, and qualification matrix.
• Monitoring all audit measures and corrective actions from complaints.
• Participating in contract matters such as quality assurance and product agreements.
• Recording consumption and quantities in waste, water, energy, and fuels to calculate environmental and energy metrics and determine the CO2 footprint.
• Organizing cross-departmental projects and occupational safety topics (meetings, inspections, risk assessments, operating procedures).
