Managed the finance department (team of 4) and deputized for the Finance Manager during a 6-week absence. ▪ Reported directly to the CFO, management board, and insolvency administrator. ▪ Acted as the primary contact for the insolvency administrator and auditors during the insolvency proceedings. ▪ Supervised the ERP system upgrade (SAGE 100), including testing, deviation analysis, and implementation of adjustments. ▪ Provided advisory support for budget planning, liquidity forecasts, and financial analyses. ▪ Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and liaised with tax advisors and auditors. ▪ Supported the implementation of management directives and contributed to special projects in finance and controlling.

• Responsible for all commercial matters for the en-suite musical productions "Mamma Mia!" – Operettenhaus, "Dirty Dancing" – Neue Flora and "Disney's Der König der Löwen" – Theater im Hafen
• Project controlling for the renovation of the famous "Operettenhaus" musical theatre in Hamburg
• Controlling of several production launches, project controlling, budgeting and cost reporting
• Fee and license processing with international licensors, as well as the development of a budget control system
