Drilling Hole Heat mechanical problem

  • Simulated the whole part made of steel (S235JR), drilled in the middle using openCFS.

Exoskeleton Modeling

  • Implemented dynamic ODE models for human leg biomechanics, including thigh, shank, and foot segments, using gait data to validate motion and torque responses.
  • Designed and simulated motor drive system with ILM 50x08 brushless motor, incorporating gearbox efficiency and voltage constraints to evaluate performance under realistic load conditions.

  • Plate with piezoelectric patches made up of the piezoceramic material PIC 255, tested the model in static analysis.
  • Observed the eigenmodes of the PMMA plate with piezoelectric patches for open electrode configuration.
  • Applied harmonic pressure and harmonic voltage on patches and computed the transfer function.
  • Setting up a transient analysis and observed the damped response by plotting the displacement of the central node and the voltage at patches.
