Agile Coach
Organizational-level agile transformation
- Guide the organizational change process with suitable methods in group and one-on-one sessions
- Develop and deliver in-house training and seminars on agile methods and scaling frameworks
- Plan and run multi-day workshops with large groups of up to 50 people
- Support the organization’s transformation process
- Coach the organization on agile methodology, stakeholder management, and communication
- Facilitate open spaces at the organizational level
- Develop and build product-related backlogs and cross-team prioritization based on business value
- Establish a process for continuous improvement by identifying improvement potentials and developing specific, measurable actions
- Conduct analyses to document preliminary results together with project management and development teams to derive meaningful next steps
- Support the organization and teams in changing the corporate culture through change workshops, individual coaching, and training in agile methods, as well as leadership-focused coaching for management
- Build and teach risk management
- Establish stakeholder management methods
Scrum Master
Development project “Radar Systems” and “LIDAR & camera-based sensor functions”
- Organize and lead Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Implement agile practices and principles, especially Scrum, in the development teams
- Work closely with the product owner to understand, prioritize, and clarify product requirements
- Coach development teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove obstacles that could block the team’s progress
- Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and innovation within the team and among different stakeholders
- Train new team members and stakeholders in agile practices and principles
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the organization to share best practices and drive the agile transformation
