The task was to build the brand's own TikTok channel (starting in November 2023) with a clear focus on follower growth and engagement, while keeping production costs low. A further task was to address underperforming accounts where performance had stagnated. The existing look and feel was too 'adult' and did not reflect the acne topic tangibly, with static and emotionless content that ignored trends.
The solution involved creating a new look and feel that fits the target group. New content pillars were developed, such as edutainment formats and information on ingredients and regimes. The posting frequency was set to more than 10 posts (TikTok) and 21 posts (Instagram) per month to push the algorithm. A wide range of UGCs was established, which led to an enormous increase in diversification.
As a result, TikTok followers were increased to over 3,700 within 4 months. The community is more active and engages with both channels due to the wide range of UGCs and the tangible editorial plan. The brand was successfully introduced to the target group.

The task was to increase performance and engagement on all social media channels while reducing content production costs, and to increase the posting frequency on all channels from 10 to 30 posts per month.
The solution involved creating high-quality content with a focus on moving formats to lead to increased interaction. A strategic editorial plan was implemented that included recycling content across all platforms. Collaborated with influencers to establish a love brand and loyalty within the target group.
The result was a powerful content mix across all platforms that increased reach by 172% while reducing production costs by 70%. Posting frequency was increased to 30 posts per month (1 post per day), while followers increased by 23% in 6 months.

Developed and implemented a 360° social media strategy to showcase different trends and new product launches, taking into account the pace of the FMCG market. The task also involved increasing the quality of content and optimising all relevant KPIs such as reach, interactions, and followers, while establishing TikTok as a new channel to build a loyal fanbase.
A further task was to completely redesign the look and feel, as the previous content was outdated, overloaded, and did not reflect a premium look. The social media channels had to be optimised as part of the redesign of the corporate design.
The solution involved creative, high-quality production of on-demand content to ensure new assets on a weekly basis, management of all social media channels, trend research, scripting, and TikTok production implementation. A weekly 'always on' content production schedule resulted in the ability to post twice a day. Lean processes were set up to optimise efficient content production and approvals.
Results: Achieved always trending content on all platforms, increasing Instagram following to 1 million in 3 years. Successfully implemented the TikTok channel with a follower growth of 377,000 in 1.5 years. The aesthetic look and feel led to an increased perception as a premium retailer. The algorithm improved, favoring growth and engagement, and production costs were significantly reduced.
