Project: eLOK / VENDO

• Responsible for test coordination for the VENDO release train / eLOK sub-system
• Creating transparency on the status of quality assurance in all systems involved in the version across all test levels (including version level reporting)
• Contact person for test coordinators involved in the version, removing obstacles and providing test prerequisites
• Preparing and conducting risk workshops and retrospectives
• Advising test contacts and stakeholders on optimizing QA processes
• Coordinating functional and technical tests for the VENDO release train regarding the implementation of requirements (Capabilities) with dependency on the eLOK sub-system
• Aligning specific test periods between the affected domains in the VENDO release train and the eLOK release train

• General consulting and support of the department throughout the migration process according to ITILv3 standard
