Interim Financial Accountant

• Ongoing accounting activities (in close cooperation with our shared service center in Bulgaria – English)
• Point of contact for our shared service center on all finance matters, including creating the monthly reporting under IFRS
• Monthly VAT returns, ongoing tax filings and rental contract fees
• Support in managing intercompany financial relationships
• Ensuring SOX compliance and optimizing accounting processes
• Digitizing accounting processes

Interim manager in finance

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (UGB & IFRS)
• Point of contact for external partners and internal departments
• Preparation of operational planning (forecast & budget)
• Preparing reports and analyses at group level
• Hands-on work; supporting the accounting team
• Deputizing for the finance director
• Management reporting
• Optimizing internal workflows and processes

• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing according to UGB
• Payment runs
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Reporting
• Preparation of VAT returns (UVA)
