Financial Accountant (interim)

• Financial accounting including monthly closing in Exact Globe+
• Cleaning up the 2023 & 2024 financial records

• Point of contact for finance as a service, interim mandates, internal billing communication and accounting

• Financial accounting for multiple hotel companies, including:
• Cash, banks & payment transactions
• VAT returns
• Master data maintenance & general office organization

Temporarily assigned via employee leasing, responsible for:

• KKLD GmbH, Wunderman Group:
• Sole accountant covering parental leave
• Accounts payable accounting
• Creating payment runs
• Online banking & Multicash
• VAT returns and Z4 reports
• Withholding taxes as well as travel expense and credit card reconciliations
• Month-end closings and preparatory year-end closing activities
• Lumaland AG (e-commerce in home & sports goods):
• Project to introduce accounting processes and set up an in-house accounting department
• Conference & Touring GmbH: event agency focusing on cruise travel
• Carmeq GmbH: software development in the field of electromobility

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Posting bank transactions & creating payment runs
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Preparatory year-end closing activities

• Posting all business transactions by cost centers/cost units
• Cash, banks & settlement of funding
• Accruals, VAT returns, payroll postings
• Monthly closings & reporting
