Project-related training of staff and clients; Coaching of internal and external project teams in the use of models for business process analysis

Development, organization and coordination of a week-long seminar insurance with external speakers on vocational training for technical staff

Development of a blended learning scenarios for further qualification of sales employees of an insurance

Organization and conducting of workshops with clients

Development and publication of an IT study (development of questionnaires, hiring a service provider for the implementation and evaluation and documentation)
