Agile Coach

Strategic development, implementation and training of an agile working model for the SuedOstLink project in the area of civil engineering/lines. The SuedOstLink (volume: EUR 1.9bn) is the biggest infrastructure Projekt in Germany to transport electricity over a length of 540km.

• Development of an scaled-agile working model for the work dimensions: values, roles, events, artefacts and workflows
• Team size: four delivery teams with 48 team members, 5 product owners, 3 agile masters
• Development of strategies in the area of scaled-agile product development according to Scrum, LeSS and the New Work Heroes transformation helix
• Moderation of the SOL Planning Workshop for the overall project with +100 participants (PI planning according to SAFe)
• Coaching of all five areas their managers for the SOL Planning Workshop (structuring the work packages, preparing the planning board)
• Coaching and mentoring for the three Agile Masters in the scaled-agile team environment (4+ delivery teams)
• Moderation of scaled agile events, such as Sprint Planning I-III, Multiteam Refinement II, Sprint Review, overall team retrospective
• Support in consulting for stakeholder management and the strategic area of all project partners (Construction site management: Inge, ARGE, cable producer NKT GmbH)
• Support for increasing measurability and the development of metrics according to agile product development
• Moderation of workshops, training and coaching for the overall project

Agile coaching for the Digital Platforms cluster and the four associated teams in a scaled agile environment. in the following areas:

• Support for business modeling, pivoting and growth hacking following the Lean Startup methodology for existing and new business models.
• Further development of the different customer journeys of the teams according to Customer Experience/ Centricity models
• Coaching in the area of the Yello Agile Flow: Events, Artifacts, Roles, Scrum Mastery, Impact/ Story Mapping, Scaled Scrum/ SoS.
• 1'o'1 Coaching with the Business Owner and the Product Owners
• Coronability coaching and remote work sessions with the teams on the impact of the pandemic-related 100% home office situation.

Agile coach for the Agile Transition project "Future of IT" in a scaled, agile environment with 300 teams. Coaching of the Digital Asset Management product area with four product teams and distributed IT development teams (Hyderabad, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine) in the following areas:

• Scrum Mastery: Moderation of agile events, coaching in the use of agile artifacts
• Cooperation with an international 20-person Agile Coaches team from four adidas locations, conception and implementation of an adidas internal Agile Maturity Framework
• OKR consulting: Moderation of workshops with the teams and management, development of a method from OKR's to the product backlog (reporting and training)
• Requirements: Workshops on Definition of Ready/ Done (DoR/ DoD), User Story Mapping, User Story Cutting, Magic Estimation, User Acceptance Criteria (UAC), Product Backlog Workshops, Jira Sprint Boards and Labeling
• Leadership Coaching in the fulfillment of new agile roles: responsibilities and role descriptions, stakeholder management through stakeholder mapping and personal leadership coaching sessions

Agile Coach for the agile transition of the MOD4/ID3 Volkswagen project for the new series of electric vehicles (Neo ID3) in an internationally scaled project environment with 1,500 project partners and 50+ teams according to SAFe in the following areas:

• Agile Requirements (Coaching with User Story cutting methods, estimates, user acceptance criteria definition)
• Collaboration with a team of 15 Agile Coaches, conception and implementation of an Agile Maturity Framework
• Conception and moderation of three agile workshop formats: Scrum/ SAFe Framework, Agile Requirements, User Story Mapping
• Scrum Mastery: Moderation of agile events, coaching in the use of agile artifacts, coaching of the fulfillment of agile roles
• Coaching during the PI-Plannings with +1.500 participants, workshops with feature teams and international DevTeams
• Integration workshops with markets (North America, China) and brands (Seat, Skoda) in Wolfsburg and Prague
